Lucy Liu (born Lucy Liu) is an American voice actor director producer, and vocalist. Lucy Liu is beautiful and clever actress. A lot of Asian actors who want to become major stars in Hollywood look up to Lucy Liu. Following a string of early performances in popular shows she achieved fame after joining the cast of the legal comedy series Ally McBeal where she played the villainous Ling Woo. After a sudden surge in her popularity, she got roles on the big screen such as Shanghai Noon and Charlie's Angels. Her performance was outstanding as Japanese criminal O-Ren Ishii (Quentin Tarantino) in Kill Bill Volume 1 by Quentin Tarantino. In the same time frame she was the main character in several flops on the box-office such as Rise: Blood Hunter. In the following years, she started to voice prominent characters from animated films such including Kung Fu Panda and Tinker Bell. Mia Mason from Cashmere Mafia was an unimportant role which did not have any effect. Southland's critically-acclaimed police drama, Southland and a recurring performance helped Liu to reestablish herself her status as a well-known actress. Liu selects her roles with utmost care in order to ensure she is not typecast in a competitive industry. Although she is very proud of her ethnicity, she does not let it limit her imagination.
